Michael J. Maggipinto has been practicing as a CPA for over 20 years in the Western Massachusetts and Northern Connecticut area. He previously worked with a small CPA firm and subsequently Coopers & Lybrand where he provided federal and state tax compliance for small and large clients in a variety of industries. Mike has also worked in the internal audit profession for large companies where he reviewed and assessed internal controls.
Mike has also worked in a consultant role as a financial analyst in the disability income benefits area for a fortune 500 company. In this role he administered pre-disability income and loss of income calculations as well as forensic accounting assistance.
Mike is the principal of the firm.

Our experience spans manufacturing, real estate investors, medical practices, insurance, consumer service as well as non-profit associations for Corporations, S Corporations and Partnerships.
Since an accountant-client relationship is not a onetime event, but rather a long-term relationship, We like to establish a solid foundation up front. For most new clients, we like to meet with them for about an hour to initially understand their financial situation whether they are an employee or a business owner. This also enables both parties to get to know each other
If our clients have questions and leave us a message we guarantee that we will get back to them within 24 hours. Usually our response time is less than a day.
During tax season, very few of our clients’ tax returns go on extension. We believe that if our client gets us all of the information we need to prepare the return at least two weeks prior to the due date, then it is our responsibility to complete the return on or before the due date.
